 An Eight Is Enough Swiss game has been added to our game roster in 2020.  It will be held on the second Friday of every month from 2:30-6:00 beginning January 10. Teams of 4 will compete against each other.  To form a team, players will be assigned a club number based upon the number of ACBL masterpoints that they have. Players with masterpoints of 2500 and above will be assigned a club number of 3.  Players with masterpoints between 300 and 2499 will be assigned a club number of 2 and players with 299 masterpoints or less will be will be assigned a club number of 1.  When forming a team, the team can have no more than 8 club points.  As an aid, the club will make lists available which indicate the club number of its members.  Sign-ups will be required so look for a sign-up sheet in the club.  As always, feel free to ask a director for help if you have any questions.

Beginning Tuesday, January 7, 2020, a 2 hour seminar will be held for those who attended the summer series of lessons and seminars and wish to gain experience in the bidding and play of the hand.  Mentors will again be present to answer any questions you have and provide gentle guidance.  You will bid and play about 8 boards, followed by a discussion of the auction and play of the hand.  The seminars will start at 3 pm sharp and end at 5 pm sharp.  Please arrive at Our Lady of the Snows church, basement venue, no later than 2:45 pm. The fee is $10.

The Sun Valley Bridge Club provides duplicate games for newer players on Wednesdays and Fridays.
